For a short manga this thrilling little story will have you wondering a lot, it indeed is a piece of art that will keep you wondering even more. This reminds me a lot of The Sixth Sense movie, with its gripping and unknown concept.

The ending will be left on an annoying cliffhanger, making you want to know more and what will become of this story.

For me, I loved this drab death like manga, it really is a little gem. The characters are perfect for the job they perform and don't let you get too attached because of the swift ending.

Summary from Mangafox "Mao lives a complex life, she attracts spirits and she constantly has to keep her father from losing his soul! One day she meets a man who says he is a ‘guide’ for souls that are lost and turns out he had come for her father! Being motherless, losing her father would mean that Mao would be sent to live with her relatives, but when all hope seems lost the ‘guide’ proposes a deal that will allow Mao to keep her father temporarily…"

I did enjoy this and gave it a 9/10 for its great perception and divine artwork, would be amazing to see this turned into a short anime.
