Unfortunately there is no word on when the US audiences will be getting Kimi no Na wa, sometime 2017 is all they have been told. It is honestly my assumption that not only do they want to do it next year so it is eligible for the Oscars, but also so that they can appeal to a wider audience with a finished dubbed version for which they have already posted a trailer to.
But this isn't for Your Name. This post is for the new Yu-Gi-Oh! and One Piece movies getting their dates for us to go and watch them!
Fandango has their listings up for where and when in the United States that you can see and book your tickets for One Piece Film: Gold. This is unfortunately only available in the US as of now; so more information on a full international release in the days to come. If you are just too hyped for it or don't know what it is all about then I suggest watching their little dubbed teaser they have put up.
But that isn't the only movie that is getting it's release and for you international folks - don't fret. Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions, released on April 23, 2016 is getting it's international release early 2017. It has already released in South Korea, Indonesia and Taiwan earlier this year - with it's release in Singapore being tomorrow.
On January 27th, 2017, the movie is set to release in the United States.
It will be opening late January for Australia and New Zealand.
Opening on the 1st of February for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland
Then it will be opening March 10th for Italy, San Marino and Monte Carlo.
Finishing up with Germany and Austria just being in early 2017.
The official trailer for the movie was released a while ago in Dub
