Redline has to be one of the most perfectly finished off anime movies around, with astonishing artwork with an annoying, yet grand story line is the reason this is highly rated anime on MAL with a rating of #207. I just have to say, this has to be one of the best anime films out from start to end, twists and turns, this film has it all.

I am not used to this type of strangely addictive artwork, however I feel it worked better than any other type of animation possible for this type of movie. The protagonist of this film is named JP, he is a stylish old school looking guy with hair that is so out of date. (Mainly because this is Sci-Fi) He drives Trans Am 20000 WR what is basically a futuristic Ford Challenger well to be honest it pretty much looks like every car from the late 1960-1970. 

So well JP is driving this baby, everyone else is driving space age racing "thingy" I have no idea if I could ever class them as cars.

The story is Redline is a prestigious race event where the best challengers together to race on an extremely dangerous track. The point of this Redline is where it is set, the plant they are racing on for the final is a place that do not want to host this illegal event so it makes them take some drastic measures.

Only thing that bothers me is the choice of some of the characters nicknames, apart from Cherry Boy.

I would tell anyone to watch this masterpiece of a film, it has everything in it from action and racing to love interests and comedy. Also aliens. I would have to give this a 10/10 just because of how spectacular it is. I hope to see a second movies or a live action it really was perfect.
